I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Reading this article makes so much sense to me why I have airway obstruction. I sincerely don’t drink enough water. If I drink a bottle of water is a day is a lot. I can’t sleep. I wake up 12 times per hour. Just imagine how miserable my life is. Definitely I will start drinking 8 ounce glass, 8 glass a day.
