The AquAid 21st Century Mains Fed Water Dispenser
The AquAid 21st Century Water Dispenser is the largest capacity machine on the market. This mains fed water dispenser, which is plumbed into your mains supply, uses a special 11ℓ cold water reservoir which is almost 4 times larger than the tanks in other Mains Fed dispensers.

There’s no need to call. For your peace of mind, machines are labelled with the date of their last sanitation and when the next one is due, we simply arrive to perform the service whenever it’s due.

Should you install 4 Mains Fed plumbed-in water dispensers, a well, bearing your organisation’s name will be built in Africa on your behalf.
However, be assured that If you don’t take 4 plumbed-in units, we will still donate a portion of the revenue from our sales to the charities that we support.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does “high‑capacity mains‑fed water cooler” mean?
This refers to a cooler that directly connects to the building’s water supply (i.e., a mains fed water cooler) and has a larger internal cold‑water storage tank (water cooler tanks) or reservoir, enabling it to dispense a high volume of chilled water continuously without needing refills.
How many litres can the reservoir hold, and how quickly can water be dispensed?
The model features an approximately 11‑litre cold water tank capacity. Since it is plumbed into the mains supply, it can continually refresh the water in the tank and maintain supply for high usage areas.
What installation considerations are there for mains fed cold water dispenser?
Installation requires plumbing into the mains water supply, an appropriate drainage solution (for internal or external drainage of any overflow), and power supply for the cooling compressor. The vendor also notes that servicing (sanitisation and filter changes) every 6 months is recommended for hygiene.
What are the hygiene and safety features built into this high‑capacity mains fed cooler?
Key features include silver‑impregnated antibacterial taps (reducing cross‑contamination), a flood‑guard anti‑leak system, and large volume capacity so the cooler is suited for schools or high‑traffic sites where manual water dispensing (water manual dispenser) may apply.
What are the benefits over standard bottled water coolers or smaller tank models?
Because this is a mains fed system with a large internal reservoir, there’s no need for manual bottle changes (saving labour and logistics). The water tank for water dispenser is much larger than many other mains fed units, meaning fewer downtime issues during peak demand. It also supports better hygiene, continuous supply of cold water, and can often cost less per litre of water dispensed compared to bottled systems.
