When is a Bottle Fed Water Cooler right for your requirements?

When is a Bottle Fed Water Cooler right for your requirements?

We have already detailed why an AquAid Mains Fed Water Dispenser may be right for your requirements. In this article, we detail how Bottled Water Coolers and Dispensers may be the right fit for your organisation in place of a mainsfed water dispenser.

Bottled Water Coolers are ideal where portable water or a mains water supply is unavailable. Depending on the dispenser, the bottles can hold two, three or five gallons of water. AquAid provide drinking water solutions for organisations, businesses, worksites, medical, health and educational facilities, large, medium and small.

AquAid’s spring and bottled at source water is drawn from three separate locations, each source of water containing varying quantities of minerals.

The installation an AquAid bottlefed water cooler is simple and straightforward, requiring only a single plug socket. Once installed, there will be a constant supply of refreshing chilled or cool water for you, your staff, customers and visitors.

With branches across the United Kingdom, AquAid is able to provide a fast and effective delivery system.

Visit the website to view the range of Bottle-Fed Water Coolers, installed by WHA accredited engineers and backed by our premium first-class service, and contact us today to discuss the best options tailored to your specific needs.

The Benefits derived from Drinking Water on an Empty Stomach

The Benefits derived from Drinking Water on an Empty Stomach

Some time ago, we blogged about how drinking water can increase belly health.  As the belly (or stomach) is seen as a second brain, keeping it hydrated is vital, contributing to sustained belly and digestive health and indeed, our body’s health overall.

A few benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach are:

Flushes Toxins – helps in flushing out all the toxins from the body, cleansing the system. It’s also a great way in which to kick-start your metabolism.*

Increases Red Blood Cell population – stimulates the red blood cells to populate at a faster rate, an increase in oxygen reaching your cells, which in turn boosts the energy levels of the body.*

Increases Metabolism speed – can mean an increased metabolic rate of around 25%. This can also lead to a faster digestion, aiding a more healthy weight loss.*

Cleanses Your Bowels – drinking water on an empty stomach helps in cleansing your bowels. It creates an urge to move the bowel and therefore helps to regulate your digestive tract.*

Prevents Kidney Stones – water dilutes the acids and prevents the formation of stones in the kidney. Drinking water can also help prevent bladder infections. However, fluid intake must be carefully monitored should a person have a kidney disease or is on a treatment like dialysis. Always consult with a healthcare professional.

Strengthens Immune System – flushing out all the toxins and preventing infections from spreading through the body. This ultimately strengthens the immune system thereby reducing the likelihood of infections.*

Wherever you require a plumbed in (mainsfed), bottled (bottlefed), water dispenser, hot water boiler or hot or cold Instant Taps for your home, office, workplace or worksite, delivering a constant supply of refreshing drinking water – day and night – contact AquAid Water Coolers.

Hydrate Your Way to Health

Hydrate Your Way to Health

The title isn’t just catchy, it’s the literal truth.

More than 90% of Britons experience health issues. What’s worth noting is that many of these health issues can be resolved by simply drinking water more as it may well be that dehydration is the cause.

If you are feeling unwell and are displaying the following symptoms, you may be dehydrated:

  • Dry mouth
  • Dry skin
  • Feeling tired
  • Irritability
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Feeling faint/dizzy
  • Headache

Often, these symptoms are a direct result of not drinking enough water. The good news here is that by simply increasing how much water you drink which will rehydrate you, your organs are able to function better and not expend further energy sending you signals that they need water.

Remember though, if you are drinking enough water and are hydrating properly – check the easy reference chart at the AquAid website – and you’re still feeling unwell, there may be another cause, so you may want to chat to your health professional.

Of course, as here at AquAid Water Coolers our focus is all about the supply of refreshing bottled-at-source water through our Bottled Water Dispensers and filtered water via our Mains Water Coolers, we’re well aware of the links between hydration and health.  Moreover, by offering a wide range of high quality water dispensers suited for installation in whatever size organisation you may have, we are also able to assist with the provision of safe water resources to thousands of communities who currently do not have access to clean drinking water.

Hydrate Health – Pinch Yourself!

Hydrate Health – Pinch Yourself!

You did read that right. One of the simplest ways to check how hydrated (or dehydrated for that matter) you are is to:

Pinch yourself. Your hydration level directly affects your skin’s ability to change shape and return to normal. Using your pointer finger and thumb, gently pinch the skin on the back of your hand and hold for a few seconds. If the skin takes a while to return to its normal position when you let go, you could be dehydrated. A gentle pinch, mind, the idea is not to hurt yourself.

Reverse the dehydration. Now that you’ve established that you are more dehydrated than you realised, counteraction is easy.

Drink water more. In the current circumstances, good health habits can easily fall by the wayside. Don’t allow this. Whether you work remotely, have returned to your office or formal workplace or are constantly on the go, make sure you always have access to drinking water and carry water with you.

Hydration boosts better function.  Increasing your water intake not only produces a healthier, plumped up skin but also your body and mind’s ability to function better overall.

Water refresh where?  That’s where AquAid come in. For over 22 years, we have been providing an extensive range of high quality water coolers to businesses, work sites and the educational sector across the UK.
